At DeepRiot, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer options for store credit, refund, or exchange for returned merchandise.

Return Window

• You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased from DeepRiot.

Return Conditions

• Items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags attached.

• Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and fragrances are non-returnable.

• Returns are accepted by mail only.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for DeepRiot products not purchased directly from our official store.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

• Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

• All items marked as Final Sale or purchased during promotional periods are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Abuse Prevention

• Frequent returns or unusual return patterns may be flagged in our system. We reserve the right to refuse current or future orders and returns if misuse is suspected.
