We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from DeepRiot. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer store credit, a refund, or an exchange for eligible returned items.
📦 Return Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return items purchased on DEEPRIOT.COM.
📬 How to Return

Returns must be made by mail only.

Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.

❌ For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and fragrance products are not returnable.

❗ We do not accept returns or exchanges for DeepRiot items not purchased from DEEPRIOT.COM.

🚚 Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
